Formerly known as a reggae band Kaikukasti is releasing a debut album with which it is declaring a statement for proggae. With its self-titled debut album Kaikukasti is exploring Jamaican roots reggae by fusing it with the band?s own cultural roots. The outcome is a blend of reggae, rock, pop, jazz, Finnish folk music and even western classical music.
